The seal of approval does come to the Palomar's sister hotel in the tony Park Cities part of Dallas (directly across from SMU) from a member from Stanford who swears by the place. The Hotel Lumen, as its name implies, is light-filled and vibrant. Our guy on the ground says the service, the ambiance and the value are as terrific as the location. I trust this guy!
